weavec::Core — the library table

lib/Core depends only on the C++ standard library. It holds one declarative table, LibrarySpec.txt, and its parser (include/weavec/Core/LibrarySpec.h, lib/Core/LibrarySpec.cpp): per C library, POSIX and platform function, which pointer arguments the call reads or writes and how many bytes, whether null is allowed, which arguments it releases or reallocates, which must not overlap, how a format reads its arguments, the result a value(t) computes, the runtime’s checked version (wrapper(NAME)), wide rows, and the fortified aliases with their object-size argument (chk). CMake embeds the text; LibrarySpec::shipped() parses it once on first use. Library behaviour goes in the table, never in a comparison of a callee’s name.
